To ensure a speedy response, please e-mail us at support@terratial.com, briefly stating the issue or providing the error messages. E-mails are answered promptly and almost all issues can be resolved in just one or two e-mail exchanges.
Please consider that sometimes technical issues may require live representation. For live calls, we prefer that the user have a non-BlackBerry® line available so that the BlackBerry® has its full capability at your disposal while troubleshooting. This ensures that everything will work as it should and will avoid several potential problems.
The majority of all service calls are handled during the first setup of DocHawk or within the 3-day trial period, but all issues should be able to be handled quickly and accurately.
