At Terratial, we offer top of the line technical support for DocHawk™ subscribers. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 10-5 Eastern Time at +1 404 870 8121 option 3, and e-mail support is offered at support@terratial.com beyond these hours.

The answers to several common concerns with DocHawk™ are listed in the Support FAQ page. If you do not find the answer to your query there, however, do not hesitate to contact us with your issue.

To ensure a speedy response, please e-mail us at support@terratial.com, briefly stating the issue or providing the error messages. E-mails are answered promptly and almost all issues can be resolved in just one or two e-mail exchanges.

Please consider that sometimes technical issues may require live representation. For live calls, we prefer that the user have a non-BlackBerry® line available so that the BlackBerry® has its full capability at your disposal while troubleshooting. This ensures that everything will work as it should and will avoid several potential problems.
